A booth for unerring encounters

Welcome to FreiBow, a unique archery trade fair that has never existed in this form and size before.
Visitors from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and France will find their platform here. The 6000 m² exhibition area includes a 3D course and a large catering area.
A 400 m² lecture hall and 4 conference rooms totalling 300 m² are available for workshops.

Dismantling time

Assembly and dismantling

Behind the halls there is a spacious service yard (see gallery picture) for assembly and dismantling.
Vehicles can be parked there after set-up, but overnight parking is not permitted.
Parking is free of charge for exhibitors.
For the entire duration of the trade fair, there is a chargeable parking space for motorhomes in the visitor car park.

Here you can select exhibition booths and rental inventory for your trade fair appearance.

Internet connection

WLAN is available free of charge for 30 minutes during the day. As this is a visitor WLAN, the network may occasionally be unstable.
For a reliable internet connection, exhibitor WLAN or a LAN connection can be ordered from us on request.

Declaration of registration

Only exhibitors who produce at least 80 % of their goods themselves and operators of 3D courses can book a small stand. For this we would request a short confirmation.
The prices for services and inventory are subject to VAT, while our stand fees are exempt. As we pay all fees directly to Messe Freiburg, the VAT for the rental inventory is already included in the shop.
There is no obligation to hire services or inventory (including carpets).
There is a general wall requirement. Exhibition walls must be ordered directly from Messe Freiburg. The costs for the exhibition walls are shared with the neighbouring booth. Alternatively, you can bring your own walls, which must comply with DIN 4102.
We promote Compound Olympic Recurve at our trade fair.
All exhibitors from this sector and all exhibitors from 10 years of PaderBow receive a 10% discount on stand hire.

Sponsoring

Manufacturers or sellers of 3D animals can place them in the 3D course by sponsoring at least 2 larger animals. The products are then labelled with the company logo and the desired description.
It is also possible to sponsor tombola prizes. These will be announced in due course in a separate section on our homepage. We would be delighted to receive a donation and thank you in advance!
