A booth for unerring encounters

Welcome to FreiBow, a unique archery trade fair that has never existed in this form and size before.
Visitors from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and France will find their platform here. The 5000m2 exhibition area includes a show stage, 3D course + shooting range with support from SSA Archery, Bearpaw Products, Merlin Archery (Wildcrete 3D), Italespanso, Franzbogen 3D, MMCrafts, Krüger targets and last but not least Vera (Black Flash). There will also be a large catering area in the foyer and a smaller one at the show stage.
A lecture hall and a stage are available for workshops.

Assembly and dismantling 3rd FreiBow 2026

Behind the hall Edeka Arena there is a spacious parking area for assembly and dismantling (red arrow on the right in the picture of the exhibition halls), the assembly takes place Friday 27.11. 9:00 – 21:00 and Saturday 28.11. 8:00 – 9:30, for Thursday 26.11. there is only the possibility to bring exhibition stand equipment for large stands into the hall after application.
After set-up, vehicles can be parked in the exhibitor parking lot behind the Edeka Arena (see pictures, red arrow), overnight stays in motorhomes/caravans are permitted.
Parking is free of charge for exhibitors (exhibitor parking lot) and visitors (P7, P6).

Internet connection

Wi-Fi can be ordered for the days of the fair for €20 plus VAT.

Declaration on the 2026 application

  • Only exhibitors who produce at least 50% of their goods themselves and operators of 3D courses can book a small stand, 2026 in any size. For this we would request a short confirmation.
  • The prices for services and inventory are subject to VAT, while our stand fees are exempt. As we pay all fees directly to the exhibition hall company, the VAT for the rental inventory is already included in the store.
    There is no obligation to hire services or inventory (including carpets).
  • There is a general obligation to bring back walls indoors. Everyone can of course bring their own sturdy walls. The back walls will be charged additionally after the fair if they are not provided beforehand. The costs for exhibition walls in the indoor area will be shared with the neighboring stand. We offer this in order to reduce the costs for our exhibitors. The stand construction must comply with DIN 4102 (fire protection) (fire protection).
  • We promote Compound & Olympic Recurve at our trade fair with discounts to create a balance between modern/traditional.
    All exhibitors from this area receive a 10% discount on stand rental.

Sponsoring

  • Manufacturers or sellers of 3D animals can place them in the 3D course by sponsoring at least 2 larger animals. The products are then labelled with the company logo and the desired description.
  • It is also possible to sponsor tombola prizes. These will be announced in due course in a separate section on our homepage. We would be delighted to receive a donation and thank you in advance!
